Dublin, Ohio
Real Estate
Big-city amenities, small-town heart
Dublin is one of Central Ohio's most complete places to live. You get Bridge Park and Historic Dublin for dinner and nightlife, the Scioto River running right through town, highly rated schools, and some of the region's best parks and trails, all about 20 minutes from downtown Columbus.
I work in Dublin every day, and I can help you find the neighborhood that fits how you actually live.
The Dublin market
right now
Half of Dublin homes sell in 10 days or less, at nearly full price.
At the current pace, today's listings would sell out in less than 2 months. That's a strong seller's market, and the fastest of the areas I cover. Buyers should be pre-approved before they start touring and ready to act within days, not weeks. Sellers who price right and present well can expect strong interest from the first weekend.
These figures cover all residential sales with a Dublin mailing address, which reaches beyond city limits into Jerome Township and parts of Hilliard and Amlin. Active listings exclude Coming Soon and contingent homes. Source: Columbus REALTORS® MLS, July 11 – October 9, 2026. Want the numbers for your street or neighborhood? Text me at (614) 981-3171.
My favorite
Dublin
neighborhoods
- 01Muirfield VillageDublin's signature address. It's built around Jack Nicklaus's Muirfield Village Golf Club, home of the Memorial Tournament, so every spring the PGA Tour comes to your neighborhood. Winding streets, mature trees and homes with real presence.
- 02Tartan FieldsGated, private and built around its own golf club, with custom estate homes on generous lots. It feels like a getaway at the end of the day, with a Dublin address.
- 03Greystone MewsA tucked-away Dublin neighborhood I love for its character and how easy it makes everyday life.
- 04Donegal CliffsAn established Dublin neighborhood with real character, the kind of place people move to and stay.
Every Dublin neighborhood moves at its own pace. Ask me what's selling, and for how much, on the streets you're watching.
Schools
Most of Dublin is served by Dublin City Schools, but some Dublin addresses fall in other districts, including Hilliard and Olentangy. I'll confirm the district for any home before you make an offer.
Life in
Dublin
Between Bridge Park and Historic Dublin, you're never short on a great meal. Here are a few of my favorites:
Rebol in Bridge Park
My go-to when I want something fresh and feel-good, right in the middle of Bridge Park.
Gene's in Historic Dublin
A neighborhood restaurant that's become a local favorite fast. Book ahead.
Dublin Village Tavern
A Historic Dublin classic, and the kind of pub where everybody seems to know each other.
Add the Dublin Irish Festival every August, the Memorial Tournament at Muirfield Village each spring, and miles of riverside trails, and there's always something going on.
