If you want someone who is going to champion you as a home buyer especially a first time home buyer, Yoshi is your guy! He has been with us every single step of the way, and will be so honest in telling you when something isn’t worth your time to look at (due to condition, etc.), he is not just trying to sell you the first thing you or he sees. When he doesn’t know, he finds out, and when he can, he connects you to the best people. He is a text away and is good people.
Being first time home buyers was scary in and of itself, but was made so much easier having a seasoned person who saw us for more than our limited budget.
